great stay but parking needs improvement
The location is excellent being just a short walk from the playing venue. The bed was comfortable , made for a restful night. I appreciated the small but cosy en suite, offering just enough space for my needs. Like one guest mentioned, the spacious feel of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day.
The parking options could be better.

Good-sized, comfy room offering plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. The en suite provided just enough privacy without feeling cramped.
Loud music blasted from the pub downstairs, disrupting sleep well into the night. Stairs were steep and narrow, posing a challenge for those with mobility issues. The bathroom had a toilet seat that felt dangerously loose and emitted weird noises when used.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the Welford Road Stadium. With five kids, we appreciated the spacious rooms that allowed everyone to relax comfortably after a busy day.
My wife says that the parking options could be improved.

Great vibes and friendly peeps!
The room was sooo cute and way better than expected. The staff were super chill. I kicked back at the bar/lounge area which was cool, but the music was a bit loud later at night. Still, I'd come back for sure!

Royal Oak is excellently located within 100 meters of the playing venue, offering a cozy and comfortable bed with adequate hanging space for clothes. the en suite is small but functional, providing a pleasant stay.
Locks were a bit odd, but manageable. Pub noise, not impactful.
